Dean Mitchell B.Com, CA

Dean was born and bred in Dunedin but made the move up to Timaru in 1990, found his future wife and has never left! He worked for Foote Butterfield & Taylor (which is now Footes) for 5 years initially before joining up with what became Mitchell McCleary and then Mitchell Business Advisors Ltd. However, the attraction of being part of a larger team has seen things come full circle and now he is back at Footes.

Dean has been a Chartered Accountant since 1994 and retains a Certificate of Public Practice so as to provide high level services to the firm and its clients. He is married to Alison with one child and reckons South Canterbury is a great place to work, live and raise a family. He enjoys watching a good movie, a good curry, the odd beer or two, enjoys sport of almost any kind and tech gadgets large and small.
